American will pamper some passengers with "turndown service"

American Airlines is pampering some of its first-class passengers with "turndown service," which includes quilted bed toppers, slippers, pajamas and upscale toiletries. The new service is being offered on selected flights between the U.S. and London's Heathrow Airport, with plans for flights to other international destinations.
