"Chipsters" urge women to move up in the tech world, even at Apple

Upon his departure as Apple CEO, Steve Jobs left behind an all-male executive board, and that's bad news for the company, writes Victoria Pynchon. Companies with women in top management score better in company excellence, she explains. A group of women, known as the Chipsters, are pushing to bring more women into intellectual-property and technology jobs. They advise women to push for what they want and get a male mentor if women are reluctant to help you move up the ladder.
