Researchers say Herb Kelleher of Southwest Airlines is the archetypal baby-faced boss, and note that Richard Fuld of Lehman Brothers is skinnier and less successful. It's thought that broad faces signal higher levels of testosterone, a hormone known to correlate with assertiveness and other important leadership traits.
