Bumped Air Canada fliers to get cash payout

Following consumer complaints, Canadian air authorities are requiring Air Canada to pay passengers it bumps from flights between $200 and $800 in cash. The Canadian Transportation Agency has ordered the reimbursement policy for situations in which passengers are involuntarily bumped for reasons other than safety.
