LeMaitre Vascular pays $2.5M for InaVein

LeMaitre Vascular has agreed to pay $2.5 million to acquire InaVein, a maker of varicose vein removal devices. The deal allows LeMaitre, which develops devices to treat peripheral vascular disease, to expand its footprint in the varicose vein device segment.
