Man with grenade, fuses at John Wayne Airport identified

Gregory Salyer, 23, from Kentucky, was arrested Tuesday. The man brought an explosive and artillery fuses in his luggage for a flight from John Wayne Airport in California. Transportation Security Administration agents located the items and called the Orange County Sheriff's Department bomb squad to sweep the plane. The man's carry-on bag also contained a knife, Adderall and steroid pills.
