Study: Mobile shoppers can be quick to abandon poor experiences

Fifty-eight percent of mobile-equipped shoppers use their devices in stores or as they embark on shopping trips, but 30% of these say that a bad experience on a mobile site makes it less likely that they'll return to that brand, and instead will go to a competitor's site, according to a Maxymiser study. The survey also found that about a third of mobile shoppers are comfortable spending as much as $100 via their devices.
