Diagnostic test-maker bought by Orgentec for about $16M

Orgentec Diagnostika agreed to pay approximately $16 million to purchase Corgenix Medical, a Broomfield, Colo.-based firm that markets over 50 diagnostic products. Corgenix will become an Orgentec subsidiary, and the firms will offer more than 350 diagnostic tests combined. The deal is expected to be finalized this year.
