Not only the athletes drew attention during NBC Universal's 1,210 hours of coverage of the Olympic Games -- so did many of the more than 13,000 commercials aired during the event. While the number of ads could be overwhelming to watch at times, there were some gems, writes columnist Stuart Elliott.
