Northwest eyes expansion at Twin Cities hub

Although his carrier is still struggling with high fuel costs, Northwest Airlines CEO Richard Anderson is eyeing an expansion of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to help the airline grow. "It's clear that we need to efficiently expand the gate capacity at the airport," said Anderson, who wants Northwest and its partners to take precedence at the main terminal while other carriers are shifted to another terminal.
