Business travelers balk at some hotels' hidden fees

Hotel surcharges are mounting, and a recent study from PricewaterhouseCoopers indicates hotels in the U.S. will take in more than $1.4 billion this year in fees tacked on to room rates, more than twice the $600 million charged guests in 2002. Add-ons range from minibar restocking fees to room service charges on top of automatic gratuities.
