Study: Oatmeal improves student performance

Eating oatmeal for breakfast may help young students learn and retain knowledge better, a new study by Tufts University psychologists says. The Quaker Oats-funded survey demonstrated that boys and girls performed better on tests when they ate oatmeal than when they had Cap'n Crunch, and reconfirmed that simply eating any breakfast helped boost test results.
