Cub Foods president fends off discounters

Keith Wyche, president of Cub Foods since January, had no previous experience in the grocery industry, but says he came to the job with "a complete consumer focus." The chain has 48 stores in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota and faces challenges from discounters including SuperTarget and Wal-Mart.
