Dunkin' Brands CEO Nigel Travis has led the company's international expansion during tough economic times, since taking the post last year after a four-year stint at the helm of Papa John's. Flexibility in its franchise agreements and the ability of franchisees to open co-branded Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins stores if they choose to has helped spur the current wave of growth.
