Innovative Nebraska rain garden to help with runoff

Officials in Douglas County, Neb., are using a mix of filtering sand, gravel and native grasses to catch stormwater runoff at a local warehouse and parking lot. The rain garden -- or "bioretention project" -- is expected to capture about 85% of the runoff, preventing it from flowing into local waterways.
