N.C. chefs rework menus to give children better choices

The national Chefs Move to the Schools program has attracted 45 chefs in Asheville, N.C., who are working to help children make healthier food choices. Local restaurants also are reworking their children's menus to offer more nutritious options and are participating in the Food Field Trip Healthy Kids Challenge.
