St. Louis public-transit options expand for people with disabilities

St. Louis is adding bus routes, a move that will help alleviate cuts to bus services and its Call-A-Ride program at subsidized fares. The cuts had curtailed a popular mode of public transportation for residents with disabilities to get to the grocery store, church and other locations. Training will be offered to people with disabilities so they can access the public-transit system.
