Diet rich in protein and dairy trims belly fat, study finds

Overweight, premenopausal women who were on a high-protein, high-dairy diet lost more weight, lost twice as much abdominal fat and had better muscle mass than those in a low-protein, low-dairy group, according to a study published in The Journal of Nutrition.
