Jean-Claude Juncker, chairman of euro-zone finance ministers, is confident that leaders will find a way to satisfy demands from Finland and other nations for Greece to provide collateral on its rescue. "I am confident that we will find an answer to this issue of collateral," Juncker said. "I don't think we need a special Eurogroup. We have an informal Eurogroup in Poland on 16 September, and this issue will be concluded at the latest at that moment."
