Room-temperature spintronics advanced by Danish researchers

Researchers at the University of Aarhus in Denmark have developed spin field effect transistors that operate at room temperature, which is considered a significant advanced in the experimental field of spintronics. The Danish scientists used bismuth selenide as a topological insulator to regulate the flow of electrons to make a rotational spin.
