Carefully tailored text messages may help teens adopt healthier diets and better exercise routines, a study in Obesity suggests. Experts said teen participants were more keen on text messages about recipes and weight-loss testimonials, as well as uplifting notes, while text messages about unhealthy eating behaviors and reflective questions were of less interest.
