Why good leaders shouldn't be too greedy

The best leaders understand that an amicable deal is often better than taking a rival's last dollar, writes Mike Figliuolo. When negotiating from a position of strength, be generous rather than greedy, and you'll be repaid many times over. "Leave the buck on the table.
