M23 rebels suspend fighting amid inquiry into shelling of DR Congo neighbor

M23 rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo have temporarily ceased fighting with Congolese troops and the United Nations intervention force. The move is reportedly being made to assist an investigation aimed at discovering who is responsible for firing missiles into neighboring Rwanda.
