Travelers taking to the skies this holiday weekend will find more high-profile dining options, as select airports are expanding their menus to accommodate the changing tastes of the traveling public. "Our concession program is nearly finished with opening 152 new restaurants, and each one has a strong reputation for top-notch food and service," said Reese McCranie, spokesman for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International.
