Microsoft buys VoIP firm

Microsoft said it has bought Teleo, a startup that makes technology for connecting calls originating from computers to traditional phones. Microsoft plans to incorporate Teleo's technology into its MSN Messenger program so users aren't tied exclusively to calling between computers.
