China's HNA orders 100 new jets from Embraer

Ever-expanding Chinese aviation received a boost Wednesday when the owners of HNA, China's fourth-largest airline, placed an order for 100 new jets with Brazil's Embraer. The deal, worth $2.7 billion at retail prices, was for 50 ERJ 145 50-seat jets plus 50 Embraer 190s, a new regional aircraft seating up to 106.
