Ernesto weakens, many still worried about insurance rates

South Florida breathed a sigh of relief this week when Tropical Storm Ernesto failed to live up to its threatening potential. They'll get no relief from high insurance rates, however, as the storm illustrated yet again the risks of living -- and writing insurance policies -- in this hurricane-prone region.
