Report: Virginia school improperly excluded students from testing

Virginia's Stafford High School allegedly kept 56 students, 12 with disabilities, from taking state standardized tests this spring, according to a state investigation. "These are very serious findings," said Charles Pyle, a Virginia Department of Education spokesman. "Anything that undermines the credibility of the accountability ratings schools receive is a serious problem."
