Senate Democrats have postponed introducing their version of the climate change bill until later next month. Despite the setback, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., expects the Senate "to have ample time" to address the measure before 2009 ends, spokesman Jim Manley said. Congressional struggles over health care reform and the death of Sen. Edward Kennedy have contributed to the delay, said Sens. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., and John Kerry, D-Mass.
