Study says rye with breakfast can cut hunger later

Eating a high-fiber breakfast with rye can boost feelings of fullness and cut food intake later in the day, according to a study. Researchers found that bread made with rye decreased hunger both before and after lunch more than wheat bread, and that rye bran was more effective than sifted rye flour or a combination.
