Teachers work in small groups to bolster student success

A South Carolina high school has adopted a professional development program -- Pearson Learning Teams -- that helps teachers collaborate with peers in an effort to boost student achievement. Working together in groups of about three, teachers already have started examining student data and a sampling of student work to see where students may be struggling.
