Treasury draft last year labeled AIG bailout "highly speculative":

A Treasury Department slide presentation in November on the $40 billion bailout of American International Group omitted a draft slide that called the government's investment "highly speculative." The omission of the draft slide, which was uncovered through a Freedom of Information Act filing, raised eyebrows with advocates of transparency in government. A Treasury spokesman said the slide in question was created by the Bush administration, and it is not clear who created it or who the audience was supposed to be.
