Alcohol consumption is linked to breast cancer recurrence

Women who have had breast cancer and are postmenopausal, overweight or obese have a greater risk of recurrence if they drink moderate amounts of alcohol, researchers say. However, researchers found that moderate alcohol consumption might decrease the risk of dying from some other causes.
