Google prepares for DOJ review of ITA acquisition

A Google executive says the search giant "wouldn't be surprised if there were a regulatory review" of a planned acquisition of ITA Software, which provides airfare information for online booking platforms. Andrew Silverman, Google's senior product manager, says he is confident that sufficient competition exists to justify the deal.
