Obama administration is identifying new economic-stimulus measures

He said his economic team plans to encourage growth and "create an environment where the private sector is not simply investing but also hiring." U.S. second-quarter gross domestic product expanded by 1.6%, leading to criticism of the federal government's ability to get the economy going again.
