Analysis: Ongoing risk aversion could lead to credit freeze

Some parts of the money and fixed-income markets are reflecting concerns that recent market swings will continue. Banks have become increasingly reluctant to facilitate trades by using their balance sheets. The situation has hit corporate bonds, the short-term repurchase market and other sectors. Some insiders are concerned that this increased risk aversion could trigger another credit freeze.
