Chefs make delicious work of less-familiar ingredients

Chefs are creating appetizing dishes using ingredients that are relatively unusual, including buffalo, snails, liver and foie gras. Chef Eric Bromberg of the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill in Las Vegas has created a fried rice dish with bone marrow and oxtail that is both comforting and decadent.
