CP's programs to advance women's careers pays off

Canadian Pacific's advocacy for the advancement of women in executive management positions has been evident through its diversity objectives over the last few decades. In fact, CP saw a 22% increase in female senior managers between 2004 and 2009, and one-third of its top officers are also women. This is in direct contrast to a country that has seen only a 4% increase in the number of women in middle management since 1987 and the number in senior positions has remained static.
