Ralph Lauren buys out the Times' iPad app for September

For the first time, a marketer is sponsoring the entire iPad application for The New York Times. Five feature sections will be viewable for free during the September sponsorship by Ralph Lauren, including Fashion & Style, Travel and Sports. In another first, Ralph Lauren will run live video on the app of its Fashion Week show Sept. 15.
