Stress affects whether workers exercise, survey shows

Stressed-out people are less likely to join a gym or fitness center and more likely to drop out if they do, according to a survey of employees who joined their workplace wellness center, published in the American Journal of Health Promotion. Workers with high levels of stress also had poorer eating habits and overall health, more fatigue, and lower activity levels than their less-stressed peers.
