Study finds seasonal slowness in TV sales:

IHS iSuppli reports that only 13% of the U.S. consumers it surveyed during the second quarter said they planned to buy a new television in the next three to 12 months, compared with 32% in the first quarter. Observers noted that there are fewer reasons to buy a TV between April and June, including no big scheduled sporting events, such as the Super Bowl or the NCAA basketball tournament.
