Philadelphia is joining the race to provide the world's largest Wi-Fi hotspot by unveiling plans to make Wi-Fi available throughout all 135 square miles of the City of Brotherly Love. The ambitious plan, which could cost the city $10 million, would likely provide Wi-Fi for free.
