Study: Majority of Canadian pre-teens online for school work

Canadian kids ages 8-12 are spending more than four hours a week online, much of the time unsupervised, says a new AOL Canada survey. AOL's "Net Mom" Karen Robbins noted with dismay that 23% of the young respondents said they could visit chat room without their parents' oversight.
