J.C. Penney to change ad agencies

Omnicom Group agency DDB Chicago will no longer handle advertising for J.C. Penney Co.; the retailer reportedly is moving its $430 million account to Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi. DDB served as the retailer's agency of record for the past six years, most notably creating the "It's all inside" campaign.
