Mass. governor decries embryos for research as "Orwellian"

Gov. Mitt Romney, considered a Republican hopeful for president in 2008, said Massachusetts' new stem cell research rules are intended to prevent an "Orwellian" future. New state regulations ban creating embryos for research purposes, an activity Romney said "crosses a very bright moral line."
