Healthy lifestyle could reduce breast cancer cases 40%

An analysis of 81 studies linking lifestyle to cancer found about 40% of U.S. breast cancer cases could be prevented if women maintained a healthy weight, consumed limited alcohol, got more exercise and breast-fed their babies. The report suggested women have only one alcoholic drink per day and get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
