HHS grants AHIMA foundation $1.2M for state-level HIE project

The HHS awarded the American Health Information Management Association Foundation a $1.2 million grant to continue its state-level health information exchange consensus project. One of the objectives of AHIMA's project is to provide pointed, one-on-one tech support and assistance to state-level leaders to guide them in the effective implementation of HIE.
