Study: Preventive health care will save less than expected

A research study published Tuesday indicates that preventive health care for the chronically ill will not save as much money as political reformers say it will. "There's no free lunch here," said lead author Michael J. O'Grady of the National Opinion Research Center. "Prevention will not pay for everything. But it's not as expensive as it looks at first blush."
