Union disputes NTSB findings in Teterboro accident

The National Transportation Safety Board and the union representing air traffic controllers are engaged in a public dispute. The NTSB faulted an air traffic controller at New Jersey's Teterboro Airport for clearing a small plane that crashed into a New York City tour helicopter over the Hudson River Aug. 8. However, the National Air Traffic Controllers Association contends the air traffic controller "did everything he could and everything he should."
