Auditor recommends changes for Ohio Lottery Commission

The Ohio auditor's office recommended the Ohio Lottery Commission be turned into a quasi-public corporation or be eliminated. As the state moves toward casino gambling, the role of the lottery office should change, according to the audit report. Other recommendations included trimming staff and hiring part-time workers to oversee daily drawings.
